So my 2012 Audi Q5 2.0T oil drain plug is leaking, At my last oil change i purchased a new plug and gasket , it seemed to hold up for 6000km's in 8months . I'm so sick of this BS , i'm currently using Mobil 1 0w40 with a Mann Filter. So lucky for me its Oil Change time, so i'll go back to my dealer buy a gasket and hopefully it holds at least

Hi, I own a 2015 Audi Q7 3.0T and I would like to do the oil change myself. I have removed the cover underneath the chassis. I am having trouble trying to find the Oil drain plug in this model. Can anyone please tell me where this plug is located? I picture of it will be really helpful. First of all the cooling system holds 15L of coolant. He maybe replaced 8L at best. This is not a flush, nor is it even a good method to replace old coolant. Secondly, the 3.0t is notoriously difficult to bleed all of the air out of the cooling system. The method demonstrated would not come close to purging all of the air. 9. Drain the oil. Place the oil catch pan under each drain plug and remove the five drain plugs to drain the oil. You have to remove the engine noise insulation sound guard 2 to access plug 5. I am considering drilling an access hole in sound guard 2 so I won’t have remove sound guard 2 again. a. Plug 1 is 5mm hex. b. Plug 2 is 8mm hex.
