Heat is exactly the same, but at least Most Wanted the heat level persists so you're not constantly being reset to the easiest police. Meanwhile on Heat the cops are always challenging no matter what you’re driving and with the damage there’s a real risk to each chase you don’t get with MW.

I just found the "Profil-Manager" next to options where you can delete them. I feel absolut dumb after years of not finding it. Oh ye there's a delete save option too in-game. Lol I forgot too. I think you can also rename characters name the profiles in the same area just by editing the name of the save game.
