It is impossible to say which one you might prefer. (Many more people go to Antalya.) However, Cappadocia is OK to visit year-round, while Antalya is best April through October. I've been to both Bodrum and Antalya. I personally would choose Antalya; though I can't recommend a hotel where you could "lie on the beach". Being an Australian, I didn't think much of the beach
